How to Request Labels

SpecialMade Goods & Services, Inc. is the source for commercial grade adhesive vinyl labels designed to fit a wide variety of Rubbermaid Commercial Products.

Label orders are coordinated through SpecialMade and purchased through your distributor of choice. Our Custom Solutions Specialist will guide you through the process and:

  • Ensure the right labels are ordered for your product.
  • Answer any technical questions.
  • Help you create a custom label if a standard label isn’t the right solution.
  • Help you create a pre-applied label + container combination.
  • Help coordinate your order through your preferred distributor (or we can recommend one).

Choosing Your Labels  

STANDARD LABELS

  • Go to the Standard Label Request Form to see stocked and special order label options with standard messages. Simply pick the label and quantity that fits your needs.
      •  Forward the order form to our custom solutions specialist.
      •  After choosing labels, we will contact your distributor of choice who send you a quote.
      •  Place your order with the distributor.
      •  We will fulfill and drop ship the order to you along with tips & tricks to apply the graphics.

CUSTOM LABELS

  • Go to the Custom Standard Label Request Form or the Custom Label Request Form to describe your custom label design and to which container the labels will be applied. You can choose custom colors, messages and icons in our standard label shapes or we can create a unique label just for you. 
  • For more ideas, go to our Inspiration Gallery to view examples of the types of custom labels that we can create for you. Custom messages, artwork and shapes are all possible.
      1. Forward the custom label request form to our custom solutions specialist. Click here to download.
      2.  Not exactly sure what you want? No problem, we have a graphic designer on staff and can work with you to create a label design. Our Custom Solutions Specialist can walk you through the process.
      3.  After label design approval, we will contact your distributor of choice who send you a quote.
      4.  Place your order with the distributor.
      5.  We will fulfill and drop ship the order to you along with tips & tricks to apply the graphics.

PRE-APPLIED LABEL + CONTAINER COMBOS

  • Standard and Custom labels may be applied to a new container and shipped as a completed unit. The labels will be expertly applied prior to shipping. The label request form allows you to identify the container to which you would like the labels applied and preferred location. Our Custom Solutions Specialist can assist you in designing your optimal label & container combination.
