The stationary moving collar (3975-L3 )is two parts connected
by straps and hinges. One piece stays stationary, attached
to the base and the other piece will move, up and down and
is attached to the lid. This allows you to flip your lid back
to enable you to empty trash easier. |

The 3355-L6 is the caster only. If the customer wants the
caster and the white plastic insert, they can order a 3424-L6.
It is the same caster as the 3355-L6 but the 3424-L6 comes
with an insert.
