SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FULL TIME)

 

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
 

Customer Service (CS) is the “voice” of SpecialMade.  Through PHONE INTERATION, PUBLIC DEMEANOR and PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS, the Customer Service Team is often the only human contact customers, suppliers, and partners have with our company and therefore are critical to establishing and growing customer relationships with FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT and CREATIVE SERVICE.

 

The Senior Customer Service Representative (SCSR) is a SEASONED CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL who can perform at a very high level across the broad spectrum of customer service duties. The SCSR also sets the “example” for the team embracing current and future processes, procedures, and strategies. The SCSR is also responsible for SUPPORTING NATIONAL and STRATEGIC ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS. Overall, the SCSR should be someone who is PASSIONATE about customer service and views CS as their chosen career path. In addition, the SCSR aspires to master current duties, provide recommendations for efficiencies and improvements, and readily looks for and accepts additional future responsibilities.

 
KEY EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. (Min).  2-4 yr., College Degree (Preferred)
  • 4 years minimum successfully working in a senior/lead Customer Service capacity supporting customers directly and/or over the phone.
  • Supported National/Strategic Accounts.
  • Successfully delivered education and training to team members on existing and/or new processes, procedures, and concepts.
  • Written customer service procedures.
  • Using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, created charts, graphs, slides, etc. and presented the information to customers and cross-functional team members.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

 

 
Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Efficient and accurate order processing, follow-up, and customer support.
  • Leading the C/S component supporting select National/Strategic Account customers and vendors.
  • Providing support on customer out-reach and sales/marketing programs.
  • Delivering training on assigned projects.
  • Updating current and creating new C/S procedures.
  • Utilizing strong Microsoft excel skills to provide data reporting support to the sales and business development team.

 

HOURS: Mon-Fri 8 am - 5:00pm

PRODUCTION OPERATOR (OP2) (FULL TIME)

 

 

Great Hours! 8:00am – 4:30pm    Monday - Friday
Pay- $11.50 - $12.50 an hour based on experience and placement.

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The production operator is an important member of the Operations Team supporting activities to PREPARE PRODUCT for ON-TIME SHIPMENT to customers. Team members must be able to: PERFORM BASIC MATH SKILLS, PAY ATTENTION to DETAILS of orders, possess MODERATE SKILL LEVEL in USE of COMPUTERS, and WORK WELL WITH OTHERS to meet a common goal. Responsible for performing tasks as a flexible resource including but not limited to: RECEIVING, PICKING, PACKING, REPLENISHMENT, PRINTING, CYCLE COUNTING, SET-UP, FLAME TREATING, PRINT PRESSES, INK MIXING, and DISTRIBUTION. All duties are conducted within the procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines set forth by SpecialMade and SpecialMade’s customer expectations.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:

  • Practical understanding of production and distribution work environment.
  • Possesses a spirit of teamwork with a desire to work toward a common goal.
  • Experience operating powered material handling equipment or ability to quickly learn
  • Can assume responsibility for safe work practices in all aspects of job.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently.

 

PREFERRED:

  • Small package shipping experience / FedEx / UPS
  • LTL shipping experience
  • Understanding of Inventory Control
  • Ability to use hand tools
